After a complicated and rough year, the harvest 2017 ended up being a surprising one. We were lucky to have a beautiful crop even after losses due to frost.
Part of the 2017 harvest will be certified by Demeter. We are thrilled and grateful to tell you about our commitment to the biodynamie. It’s a big step for us and we can’t wait to keep working in harmony with nature and to produce more authentic, real and respectful wine and Champagnes.
