Gueux is the VERY first vintage ever bottled of those 2 parcels (in the village of Gueux) for the Lelarge-Pugeot. For the longest time, those grapes were sold to Negociants. In 2015, the Lelarge-Pugeot vinified, with natural yeast, this meunier dominant cuvée. The vineyard in gueux are grown on sandy soils, showing warmer characteristic in the blend. This wine is precise while being gourmand. 2 years on the lees, the cuvée Gueux was disgorged with a dosage of 2 g/L. Racing acidity, vibrant, lovely minerals and full of matters fresh citrus.
